High School Student getting fitter over the Summer so Two a Days aren’t so rough ![/caption]
By the end of 4 weeks the athlete will have:
– A flexible, mobile, functional body: the foundation for injury resistance
– Useful strength: strength is the foundation of explosiveness
– Knowledge of how to safely use weight equipment and lifting techniques
– Knowledge of nutrition and how to fuel the athletic, growing body
– Confidence in him/herself
– Increased work capacity
Session: October 10th – Nov 2nd
Days: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30pm – 5:30pm
Cost: $99 for 4 Weeks (8 Sessions)
