Option 1: 0- Barely any training. We highly suggest our 1-on-1 Foundations course that will cover all the fundamentals and theory needed to progress smoothly in the class setting without feeling like a fish out of water. The 4 sessions will be scheduled to meet your needs and will prepare you for the Beginner Phase of our training program. Register here and begin your new fitness journey ! BURN!45 is also an option for our Beginner’s or people not interested in lifting weights. Our next session begins July 2nd for 4 weeks! It is a great stepping stone to join the CrossFit classes. Work with a trainer in a small group setting designed to make fitness fun AND effective ! Register today! We only have 12 spots open. Option 2: Personal Training This is not mandatory but just another option available. Let’s say you don’t feel comfortable in the group setting just yet but would still like to do CrossFit. This is also an option for those that want to train specifically for something (Marathon, powerlifting, just core work, etc). Your personal training sessions will be designed with your unique goals in mind! We will schedule an appointment to show you our facility, explain how our system works and take you through an assessment to help you find the program that best fit your needs. CrossFit Experience or Similar. Option 4: Trial Class: Consultation Fill out the form below to schedule a short consultation with the coach. After the interview process we will decide if a trial class is an option based on your level of experience. Free Trial classes are available for experienced CrossFitters only as brand new members require 1 on 1 attention that can take away from the overall experience of a class. If you know how to perform the fundamental movements off CrossFit moderately well than this option is for you. Option 5: Barbell Club For those of you that are looking to step on the Olympic Lifting platform, this is for you. We have a Barbell Club option available for those just looking to compete in lifting. This is a club format so there will be posted hours when the lifting coaches will be present for the club but you. We provide programming but you are more that welcome to follow your own. This is NOT OPEN GYM FOR CROSSFIT. The equipment available to the club is only for lifting and warm up purposes. You will not have access to the CrossFit equipment with a club membership only.
