Beach Workout in Galveston

CrossFit Tidal Wave in Galveston ran another fun and well attended Beach Workout. We had the pleasure of meeting many new faces. The workout was challenging but doable for everyone and the post workout Hangout at Float was just as much fun as the workout ! We are having some more coming up so like our Facebook page to keep updated on our events. Beach Workout Started with a fun Ship=Deck=Shore warmup. It is not fun unless you feel awkward. After a explanation of Regressions, Safety, etc of the workout we kicked off our Beach Workout. AMRAP 15 (As many rounds as possible in 15 mins) 20 Slamballs 15 Overhead Plate Lunges 10 Russian Twists 5 Burpee Broad Jumps 300m Run Great job everyone !
