Group Training

Every fitness program facility has a different approach to training. We pride ourselves on innovating new ways to keep you fit safely. Each class starts with a Group Warm Up, Explanation of day’s class/goals, Instruction and Corrections, The Workout of the Day, and cooldown.

Personal Training

Access a one-on-one session or organize personal training for you and one or two close friends. This is an awesome way for beginners to learn the requirements of training, or for experienced gym-goers to take their fitness to the next level.

Specialty Programs

Our specialty programs rotate seasonally so check the link to see our upcoming classes. We offer Miss-Fit Ladies Boot Camp, Personal Training, Nutrition Guidance, and various other classes.
